Developed a future mobility strategy for Philips Netherlands with clearly defined objectives on flexibility, sustainability, and cost. Deployed in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team the solutions that support the mobility needs of the workforce and contribute to the key objectives. Mobility solutions like a bike portal, electric car sharing and a switch to full electric company cars.

Future Mobility Project China

Developed a future mobility strategy for Philips China with objectives around cost, safety and simplicity. With a multidisciplinary team we have implemented a ride hailing platform. A platform with multiple ride hailing providers and more than 3,000 users who can plan, book and pay rides with their mobility budget. This resulted into improved cost control, improved safety standards and an optimized booking and payment process.
